Hello! It’s time for the One Stamp at a Time Blog Hop and I am so happy that you are here! Whether you came here first or are hopping through the entire line up, welcome.
This month’s theme is Happily Ever After. I can say, without a doubt, that making one-off specialty event cards is my favorite kind of card to make. It’s how I started making cards years ago, when I needed it for an occasion. Although you could interpret Happily Ever After more than one way, I went fairly logical, with projects special for a bride and groom on their special day.
The card is shiny and glamorous, everything that a wedding card should be!
I made a shaker card by cutting out the heart from the Lots to Love Box Framelits. It provided the perfect centerpiece when filled with Gold Glitter Flakes!
The bag is made using the Envelop Punch Board and that makes it easy breezy! The punch board comes with all of the instructions right on it.
The tag on the bag is actually just some leftovers from making my card. I used the lots of labels to cut out part of the Basic Black layer on my card front, so that the vanilla would be in the shaker window. The heart is what I cut out for the shaker window!
I added two strips of sticky strip adhesive tape then just poured the Gold Glitter Flakes over it! Its super sparkly!
Here is a little video so you can see just how it sparkles:
Hope you enjoyed the projects and will continue by visiting the rest of the hop. Next up is Melissa Davies, go see what she made up for you!
